By delegation of power from EUREKA, the EUROGIA+ label acts for public
authorities as the official EUREKA label for all projects falling into the
technical fields of the EUROGIA+ programme.
Upon positive evaluation from the EUROGIA+ Technical Committee
and approval by the EUROGIA+ Board, projects receive the official
EUROGIA+ label.
Public financial support of EUROGIA+ labelled projects is
provided by the countries that support EUROGIA+ and according to their
own rules as defined nationally for EUREKA collaborative research
projects.
The eligibility for financial support is first gauged
as soon as a Project Outline is successfully evaluated and
recommended for "Full Project Proposal preparation". The project
coordinator is invited to send, in each involved country, the leading
participant to present the PO to the public authorities dedicated to EUROGIA+
proposals.
From the feedback and advice received, the consortium can
better decide on how to proceed with the Full Project Proposal.
Once the EUROGIA+ label is notified in writing to the project
coordinator, the consortium can start discussing with the public authorities
from each concerned country the proposed financial support agreement. |
