- Outline of an Excellent EUROGIA+ Proposal: detailed evaluation criteria

- Project Cooperation Agreement: this document is proposed as a template that each project's consortium can adapt to their mutually agreed decisions. A Consortium Agreement is usually required before the signature of the financial agreements. Note: You are most welcome to e-mail EUROGIA+ Office an early notification of your PO's preparation.

Unless the proposal does not comply with the technology domains of relevance to EUROGIA+ White Book, the coordinator will be invited to a hearing for presenting his/her proposal to the Technical Commitee.

Note: financial tables' templates are available in the next section, should you need them to facilitate your work although they are not required at that stage.

4- Step 2 - Full Project Proposal [FPP]

In order to prepare a FPP proposal, you will need:

- A Full Project Proposal Template - The corresponding Guide for Proposers

-To complete, sign and send a Form C for the coordinator and for each other project partner - To complete, sign and send a Declaration of Accession [DoA] for each project partner unless the partner is a member of the EUROGIA+ Board.
