Eurogia+ does not fund projects. Funding is provided by the countries involved. Eurogia+ labelled projects will apply for funding through national programmes with assistance of Eurogia+ Public Authorities Committee Members and National Project Coordinators.
Consortium: At least two industrials from two EUREKA member countries that have declared supporting or interest in EUROGIA+. Some countries expect (or impose) participation of a public lab and an SME if the main participant is a Large Enterprise
Yes, you can submit a projectoutline before finalizing the consortium. Participation and withdrawal of project partners from consortium is possible between Project Outline and Full Project Proposal submissions.

EUROGIA+ is mandated to operate on behalf of EUREKA Member countries; therefore we are to ensure that the EUREKA codes of conduct/ethics are respected with emphasis on:
- Compliance to the labelled FPP,
- An effective contribution and participation in the results of all partners.
Clusters (not-for-profit associations) are funded on the basis of both membership fees and project fees.
Form C is a commitment to run the project as described in the FPP, after the proposal is labelled.
Regulations further say that any change with respect to the labelled FPP must be reported to EUROGIA+ Office.
Declaration of Accession (DoA) is a commitment to comply with the Regulations and the paragraphs of utmost relevance are:
§6- Regulations for financing and funding of EUROGIA+ Projects
§7- Code of Ethics and good Conduct/Conflict of interest
§8.4- Project Cooperation Agreements (PCA):
§9- Financial regulations for the EUROGIA+ Association: each project participant that is receiving financial support pays a fee equal to 1% of its own total share of the project costs. Non-commercial organizations (Universities usually) are exempted. Projects fees are claimed on a yearly basis.
Yes, it is. Project Outlines will be presented in the Eurogia+ project evaluation session ( Eurogia+ Technical Committee Meeting). Presentation shall last 20 minutes in the format of PPT. After hearings, there will be questions and answers session in which the project participants will address the questions asked by the Eurogia+ Technical Committee Members.
Application has to be submitted to the Eurogia+ Board via the Eurogia + office. Acceptance is the result of Board's favaroble and unanimous vote.
